  • (21) Spindle head (on 32 mm centers) fixed horizontally for end boring
  • (5) Glue injectors & dowel inserters
  • (2) Overhead pneumatic holddown clamps
  • Handles 8 mm – 10 mm dia. dowels
  • Max. boring depth 70 mm
  • Height adjustment w/digital readout for panel thickness
  • After the drilling cycle is complete, the head assembly traverses down to the glue & dowel injector line for the dowel injection
  • Quick cycle time
  • Function selector control for boring only, inserting only, or boring & inserting
  • Hydraulic brakes for adjustment of boring speed
