Description

  • 5/16″ (7.9 mm) Max. edge cap. for strip feeding, 1/8″ (3 mm) for coil feeding; 60 mm min.
    panel width and 160 mm min. length, panel thickness 10 – 50 mm.
  • Equipped with: Automatic coil feed magazine & shear device up to 1.2 mm;
    semi-automatic magazine for feeding strips; Teflon coated glue pot (heat-up time 10 Min),
    1.2 mm cap. guillotine, 2-roll pressure unit w/mechanical setting.
  • Workstations: Double motor front & rear end trim mounted on THK guides complete w/copying
    device (0.4 HP – 12,000 RPM motor ea.), tilts 0° – 15° from the control panel with
    (2) preset positions
  • Top & bottom flush & bevel trims (0.7 HP – 12.000 RPM motor ea.), bevels 0° – 15° with
    precision digital indicators for quick setup
  • Top & Bottom Buffing
  • 27 FPM Fixed feed speed, 0.75 HP feed drive. – Complete with: Full cover sound enclosure,
    mechanical digital readouts for setup adjustments, frequency inverter, outboard panel
