Celaschi Double Ender

 Infeed machine is a Celaschi Model TSA 300 C Serial No. 5174

• 1st station has a 12” sawblade & 6” scoring blade on the bottom.
• 2^nd stations have quick change belt drive jumper spindles to avoid tear-out on end grain with a 10 Hp motors.
• 3^rd stations have quick change belt drive spindles with a 10 Hp motors.
• Maximum size 2960mm minimum 200mm.

Minimum size door 200mm, maximum door size 2960mm

Electrical is 600/460 volt 62 KW with a stepdown transformer in the control cabinet.

Outfeed machine is a Celaschi Model PA 24-24 C Serial No. 5176

• 2^1st stations have quick change belt drive jumper spindles to avoid tear-out on end grain with a 10 Hp motors.
• 2^rd stations have quick change belt drive spindles with a 10 Hp motors.
• Minimum size door 102mm, maximum door size 1064mm

Electrical is 600/460 volt 55 KW with a stepdown transformer in the control cabinet.

Both machines are operated with one computer, 1^st machine can run without the second machine.

We are running the machine with 240mm diameter cutting tools 5 tools stacked on each

quick change arbor,

We have 2 set of arbors for the machine.
