The machine is equipped with:

Working center with numerical control ready for use and complete with standard tool support store and CAD station. Suction cups made of aluminium and phenolic for proper sealing and long lasting life
CRANKCASE – Structure in canned, electro‐welded steel sheet to ensure structural stiffness, planarity and to avoid torsions as well as vibrations. Dust coating of all the parts to guarantee longer life during the years.
UNIT AND UPRIGHT MECHANICS – Axes X and Y are moved by a gearbox and pinion‐rack with helicoidal teeth. Axis Z is moved by a recirculating ball screw. The movement of the axes is made through Brushless drive.
SOFTWARE – Programming system CAD/CAM capable of interfacing with CNC from 3 to 5 axes. Realized in Windows® environment, it offers a simple and functional interface, ensuring high completeness and customization.

Simple instruments: translation, rotation, specular, repetition in series
Advanced instruments: generation of emptying profiles, writtens, curves, bows, modification of corners , joints and selective structures.
Functions of parametric programmings as well as possibility to create some.
Import of DXF files generated from CAD systems or commercial programs
Automatic conversion of DXF files to ISO programs.
