A spare arbor with cart is included with the machine. Both arbors are the same style with double keyway. Twist lock collars can be ordered to fit this arbor configuration so you can have one arbor using spacers and the other using twist lock.

Precision 5″ pitch feed chains carrying aluminum slats with replaceable steel-backed rubber insert strips. Feed bed is arranged for friction feeding and with dip at saw line to allow infinite saw spacing on saw arbor without contacting feed bed. Precision feed sprockets with hardened teeth. Feed system with oil mist lubrication of bottom chain surface and extended pins on chains including automatic low oil and air supply level control, system shut-off feed drive motor to prevent running machine without proper lubrication.
FEED B. DRIVE
10 HP TEFC heavy duty Eurodrive variable speed feed drive, manual adjust of feed rates, 30 to 150 FPM.
One (1) 3-3/4″ diameter turn., ground, and polished arbor with support bearings mounted from heavy walled rectangular steel tubing precision machined overbeam. Removable type arbor assembly, one removable arbor and one arbor transport can included. Removable end bearing on arbor with rack and pinion horizontal adjustment to allow removal of tooling and spacers. Arbor arranged for clamp-up saws using aluminum spacers between saws for positive width of rip cuts. Double 1/2″ wide x 1/8″ exposed keys provided in arbor, saw spacers include two keyways 9/16″ wide x 9/64″ deep. A maximum of 100 spacers, total length not to exceed 63″, is provided for each removable arbor.

Unit power vertical adjustment of saw arbor by 1 HP gear head motor having “up-down” push buttons, scale and pointer height reference.

HOLD DOWN ROLLS
Two 5″ diameter hold down rolls infeed of saw arbor and two 5″ diameter hold down rolls outfeed of saw arbor. First roll smooth steel remainder rubber covered. Rolls mounted to rectangular steel tubing overbeam precision machined for alignment. Each roll pivot mounted and air loaded. Full-length rolls provide positive containment of narrow rips and single air pressure regulator provides equal loading on all press rolls. Hand wheel vertical adjustment provided of all hold-downs with LCD position reference.
BED PLATE HOLD DOWN
Spring tensioned industrial laminate upper bed plate assembly provided full-width at saw arbor line for positive containment of panels during multi-rip operation. Bed plate segmented for ease of installation. Bed plate assembly unit adjusts with hold down roll assemblies for panel thickness changes.
Upper infeed pivoting anti-kickback assemblies provided for operator safety.
Arranged for 12″ maximum diameter saw blades with 3-3/4″ diameter bore and two 9/64″ deep x 3-3/64″ wide keyways 180° opposed. Saw blades are not included
